Dear All,
I am have one Scenario, We have made customize Dashboard for ITC in which we can run entires and report,
We have created internal order with budget 10000 Rs. assigned for 2023, we created PO, MIGO, MIRO back date on 20.03.2023, Now we are running tcode for itc, it is giving error msg
Message no. BP604
we suggested client to remove the budget from internal order or change the GL which is linked with internal order. client said we want this amount to get in internal order.
please suggest is there any other way to remove the error message. client want at the time of itc entries no error message.

Hello Satish, if you just want to remove error & no budgetory control needed for orders then u can turn off the availibity control for the bugget profile assigned to internal order type or can change message to warning in same configuration.

Hello Satish if you change it to warning message system will not stop user in MIGO/ML81N even if no budget available.
