Issue with GRC Process Control and Adobe's offline forms

Hello,

I am having an strange situation with my Process Control workflows, basically an end user that receives more than one offline form must open only one of them, answer the survey, submit the assessment and then close Adobe before opening the next one... why? because if they open the second Adobe form without closing the first one the buttons get all mixed up.

If the end user is the assessor in two cases, they will open the first form and they will see the layout for the assessor but if they open the next form then that second form shows up the layout of the reviewer.

The opposite thing happens when a reviewer is assigned to two different cases, the first one that they open will show the layout of the reviewer but the second one will show them the assessor's form.

I have no idea where the issue is, has anyone seen this before?

Hello Sira,

There is a fix for such behavior.

Please check if SAP Note 2834045 matches to your Product release and the Support pack and take the required action accordingly.
