Issue with EMP-add excel installation

Hi Experts

Here with one of my client have installed BPC 10.1 and EMP addin 4.0 but the issue is, whenever i try open the EPM-Addin through BPC it not opening, but when i opened Normal excel file its showing EMP And DM Tab.

When i click on this install EPM Add-IN then

Its redirecting to this link sap/bw/cs/webupdates/latest

any kind of help will be appreciated

Which Browser you are using?

Please try Internet explorer and check.

What is EPM SP? Do you understand my question?

As Vadim Suggested, Chrome is not supported browser for BPC. Please try only in Internet explorer.

what problem actually you are facing in internet explorer. Please share screen shot or other details for the same.

Which Office version you are using?

I have faced same problem for  office 2010 so installed office 2013.Try to reinstall it again but before start to install please confirm that other pre-requisites are installed like as given below.

Planning and Consolidation requires the following software for the Web client:

A supported operating system. A list of supported operating systems available in the Product Availability Matrix on SAP Service Marketplace at service.sap.com/pam. Search on Planning and Consolidation.

●Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher

●Mozilla Firefox 17.0 or higher

To use the EPM Add-in in Mozilla Firefox, you must first install the EPM Plug-in for Firefox.

●Google Chrome 30.0 or higher

●For the EPM Add-in for Microsoft Office:

○Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 32-bit

As of support package 07: Microsoft Office 2003

As of support package 09: Microsoft Office 2010 64–bit

As of support package 10: Microsoft Office 2013

○Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1

○Microsoft Web Services Enhancement 3.0 (WSE 3.0)

○Microsoft XML Parser 6.0 SP110

Fore more detail please refer installation guide section 2.4 Client Prerequisites.

Please use  internet explorer only, still same problem is for chrome even I am using updated version of chrome.

Chrome or any HTML5 based browser is supported since BPC10.1 because of HTML5 based UI.

"and EMP addin 4.0" - what do you mean by 4.0? NET 4.0? And what is the EPM SP?
