Issue in ZUJE_MASS_USER_MGMT in SAP BPC 7.5 NW

Hi Experts,

We are using SAP BPC NW 7.5 SP 14 in our project.

We are trying ZUJE_MASS_USER_MGMT - BPC Mass user management tool for maintaining users. But the issue we are facing here is, after adding the new users using this option we are not able to assign these users to any Teams, Member access profiles and task profiles using Import Team assignments, Import MbrAccProf Assignments and Import Taskprof Assignements option respectively. It gives error message "User XXXXX doesn't exist. No user assignments done". If we check in Admin client , we can see the added user id and also in UJE_USER table. Can anyone let us know what is going wrong here?
