Issue in manual IHC order - IBAN mandatory and not enter the account

Hello,

I'm trying to post a manual IHC order in IHC1EP and I get the error message

"IBAN mandatory and not enter the account". I remove the account and leave only the iban but as soon as I select enter the system automatically populates the field account and i re-get the error message thus I this doesn't allow me to post the order. Do you know how to solve this issue? Thanks
