Is there any issues after upgrading to Internet Explorer 11 in BPC 10.0 NW environment?

Hi Friends,

Our client wants to upgrade their official browser to Internet Explorer 11 (IE11). We are on BPC 10.0 NW 801 SP04 version.

I have gone through PAM and SAP note #1934026. So from these, it is clear that IE 11 is supported till SAP BPC 10.0 NW SP18 (801 SP11) and EPM Add-in SP22.

1. In that case, we need to first upgrade the system from 801 SP04 to 801 SP11. Is it correct?

2. Is there any limitations using IE11? (In above note, it is mentioned that there is some limitation and compatibility view needs to be used)

3. Is anybody experienced any issues after upgrading to IE11? If so, would be really good if you could share that?

4. How to perform the impact analysis for IE11? Is there any standard process to follow before upgrade?

Your comments would really be appreciated.

1. Upgrade 801 SP04 to 801 SP11 - yes, in any case SP04 is very old...

2. In SP11 native/standard mode is supported

3. No issues

But you need to perform tests of SP11! Scripts, reports, etc...
