Is there a way to control work status from BPF

Hi Experts,

I am using BPC 10.1 Standard and I just want to know is there any possibility of changing the work status - status from BPF ???

Below is the structure of Cost Centre Dimension -

ID               PH1     OWNER                    REVIEWER

CCG                       APPROVER_A

CC1          CCG     O1                              R1

CC2          CCG     O2                              R2

Let's say in BPF, if Owner O1 click on SUBMIT button from his activity sheet, is it possible to change the work status to submitted instead of manually making the change by O1 by selecting change work status ??? And the same way if R1 completes and clicks on APPROVE button from his activity sheet, change the work status to Reviewed ???

If it is possible through BADI, could you please guide me how to proceed the same.

Hi Sreenivas,

To my knowledge, it is not possible through standard program. If the work status has to be changed for one member from submitted to reviewed, you have to do it through change work status by selecting required dimension.

It is a standard functionality in BPC 10 Standard. When you create a new hyperlink, select the Set Work Status action then on the lower part of the right pane, check the "Automatically executed on a change of activity state" option under Work Status automation setting.

Hi Caroline,

Can you show the screenshots of the option? I am also using BPC 10 NW standard....don't find that option.
