In our GRC MSMP set up we have a rerouting option activated for Role Approver stage.
The situation is:
1. Acess Request with a Business role, lets call it "B"and few single roles, lets call them 1, and 3 is created. All of the roles have diferent approvers.
2. O the first stage manager approves
3. On the second stage all role approvers recieve notifications to approve the request and all o them approve it apart from approver of single role nr. 3.
4. After 5 days, because of missing approval on one single role, the whole request is escalated to no_approval stage, which basically means cetral team responsible for business and single role creation. They check the request and see that the problem is in one missing approval for the single role.
5. Now the question is, if I as an administrator rerout the request to previouse stage, role approval, all 4 approvers will get notifications and new items in the inbox, even though they already approved?
