Is it possible to see the dates associated with user access changes?

The external auditors would like to see a report of user access changes and the dates the changes took place. Is it possible to report on this? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Hi Nick,

Yes, within SU01, go to the menu at the top of the window and select "Information>Change Documents for Users". This is your change log report. Use the Selection Criteria at the bottom of the screen for User Attributes/Roles/Profiles, etc. The User field at the top of the report can accept *. In the output, the "Changed By" user will be your GRC system account if the changes were made via GRC workflow.
