Is there any relation between an email in the SOST table and the case guid in the SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR table?

Your question is not clear. The cases gets generated in the table "SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR"
through the workflows. Now when we maintain the Notification setting in the application,
EMails get generated corresponding to the same.
In case you have some example where clarification is required, please share so we can help you better.
