Inward Processing- Import declaration creation before GR and Export declaration creation before GI

Hello Experts,

My IPR project business decided to create IPR import declaration before GR and reexport declaration before GI.

Can you please suggest how to see the link between reexport declaration and the related import declarations for the component as we do not have closing portion tab in export declaration.

Can you please explain how the safekeeping(Temporary storage) functionality works.
