Invoice Freight Value condition mapping with GTS Customs Document

Hello Sir,

Need your quick guidance. I have freight condition type in Sales profoma Invoice and that value user want to see seperately in Export Customs declartions. At present total value is coming in GTS but user want to show seperately in different condition type at customs declartion.

Please guide me what setting needs to be done ?

Hi RP,

You have to do below configs

• 1.Define Type of Customs Duty(Create new same duty type in GTS)
• 2.Define Calculation Procedure for Customs Duties(Assign the duty type in Export duty framework)
• 3.Assign Duty Type to Pricing Condition Type at Feeder System(Map with ECC)

Hi RP,

If is already in Proforma , you can do below mapping in GTS

IMG > SAP Global Trade Services > SAP Customs Management > "Customs Processing" Service > Calculation of Customs Duty > Assign Duty Types to Pricing Condition Types from Feeder Systems.

then it will automatically appears in GTS.

Are you facing any issue in this?

Yes it's already in Profoma. I never done this configuration. So wanted to know the Steps, do I need define new Freight condition in GTS and what other setting needs to be done. Can you please help.
