InvalidTaxException : Bad tax framework feature in SAP CC

Hi Experts, 

We are getting the below error while trying to activate the contract in SAP CC through SOAP UI:

"InvalidTaxException : Bad tax framework feature"

Following configs are there in CC:

• We have tax disabled in SAP CC.

• The tax determination type in output is “00”

Please provide any resolution to this error since we are not sure if there are any missing configurations in subscriber account w.r.t tax in S4 system.

Hello,

the tax policy should be the same at the charge plan level (See Tax of "Setting Up a Charge in a Charge Plan") and at the subscriber account level (See A tax system)

Please, check that you have disabled the tax feature at the 2 side.

Yes, the tax has been disabled at both the places and now its working as expected. Thanks!
