Invalid Environment when Logging onto New Environment

Hello,

I created a copy of our Live Production environment to do some testing in. I have no issues, when creating a new environment (goes through steps 9/9 fine). The issue I have is when I try to log on to it I get this error message of "Invalid Environment: "Environment Name". When I talked to my IS department they said something didn't copy correctly and gave me this code.

I'm not sure how to fix this issue, so any information in fixing it would be great. I've tried redoing the "Add Environment" but get the same issue.

Currently we're on BPC 10.1 SP 35 Patch 2 .NET 4.7.2 x64 Build: 10436. Our Admin Console is Release 10.1.11.0.

We are also having similar problem. We have version 10.1 SP 13

The error appears for the new environment which was copied from another existing environment. While login to the new environment. I hope someone will send a response.
