International trade S4 Hana 1809 GTS looking for configurations the below scenarios

Hello Every one,

In my company want to implement GTS International trade S4 Hana (1809) the below scenarios – I am looking the below scenario process to be implement .. Please guide me anybody implemented in S4 Hana 1809 in embedded system not separate GTS box (11.0) version

1. Export & Import process
2. Real-time compliance checks
3. Sanctioned Party list screening

1) Export & import process is there any configuration steps will you share it will be helpful.

>>Configuration steps will depend on your requirements. In case you have any concerns / questions with the configuration options, I can help.

2) Real Time compliance check - The Checks which am looking license & Product classification, Embargo .. suppose in GTS 11.O in cockpit we are maintaining these master data with this in ECC Auto checks taking care by compliance management, but in International Trade S4 Hana 1809 there is no GTS cockpit where we have to maintain this master data is there any transactions are available? if yes please share.

>> Product classification functionality is available with Fiori apps. There is no GTS cockpit / t-codes for users.

3) Sanctioned Party list screening- If SPL data is offered by sap directly some where we are storing this SPL data in international trade 1809 ..is there any table storing this data

>> The Watch List data is not stored in S/4 HANA. The screening is available only by integration with SAP Watch List service.

and one more question what about duty rates & commodity , Tariff codes this update getting from data providers. Now SAP also taking care this data.

>> The commodity / tariff code / duty rates can be purchased from other data vendors, I have not seen any such service offered by SAP.

Electronic Compliance Reporting blog it having only configuration steps- I am not aware electronic compliance reporting how it works is there any document flow to understand this process.

Prasad, you can find the configuration details in the config guide available in the sap customers area. Few things to consider:

• Export & Import process

What do you mean by this? Are you looking for export and import compliance. Yes, these features are available

• Real-time compliance checks

It is for the export and import transactions as GTS is offering

• Sanctioned Party list screening

There is a SAP Watch List screening service available and it can be integerated. The SPL data is offered by SAP directly

• Electronic Compliance Reporting

Intrastat reporting features are available, config is quite similar to what we have in GTS.

• Compliance Management

It is covered in the first two points

• Customs Management .
