Interest run in FICA

Hi,

I have maintained the correct interest key at the contract account level of a customer

and also checked the interest locks if any & the interest calculation rule at configuration node but when im doing the individual interest run through FPI1 on all debit and open items system is prompting that no item correspond to the selection though there is one open FICA doc is there.

even through dunning system is not picking the interest amount though i have maintained the interest key at dunning level.

kindly provide any valuable suggestion on this.

Message class >3017 interest structure RFKI1 raising no interest .

no minimum interest value is set in calculation rule.

In FPI1 the system will provide a message which will indicate the reason for failure to calculate. Typically it would be below minimum interest value.
