Dear community,
I want to do an integration between SAP CPQ and C4C. However, every time when i try to enter the "Integration password:" under Providers -> SAP - > SAP Cloud Platform -> Common Settings the following error occurs.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but there seems to be an error in the system (Error code: 7EUb4u_rM0K06zlQpWosAQ). An automatic notification has been sent our way and we'll be fixing the error as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can go back to the login page and continue working in SAP CPQ.
This has already happen now on two CPQ tenants whereas on the second one at some point it was working but actually we don't know why. I entered all the rest of the parameters like it's mentioned in the Best Practice Manual.
Somebody faced already the same problem?
Best regards,
Raphael

Hi,
so thanks to wnikhil for bringing me on the right track.
The answer on this is to add something to Setup->Users -> Guest users and Default user settings -> Legacy SSO settings tab and fill both fields.
That worked for me and i could save the integration password.
Best regards,
Raphael
