Integration SAP Access Control 10.1 with Service Now

Hi all,

Is it possible to integrate SAP GRC Access Control 10.1 with Service Now? I know there is a Web Service (GRAC_REQUEST_STATUS_WS) to manage those connections but I would like to confirm if there is another better way.

were you able to find the solution/answer to you query? I have similar requirement where we want SNOW to trigger GRC request but not sure if that will work or not.

I dont think there is no other option other than using web service because 10.1 is ABAP framework.
