Integration GTS with Service Order, Service Order & Subscription Billing in S/4HANA Cloud

Hi experts,

I am planning to integrate GTS (Global Trade Service) to S/4HANA Cloud to set up compliance controls, custom management and preference management within my sales and purchasing processes. I checked the relevant scope items (24J, 2U1, 3JX, 1WA, etc.) and understood that you can integrate checks via RFC within your standard sales process. However, we also plan to use service order management, solution order management and subscription billing. Unfortunately, I could not find any information regarding the compatibility of GTS checks with those functionalities/process areas. Is it possible to integrate GTS for compliance checks, custom management and preference management with the processes for solution order management, subscription billing and service order management?

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility" for this question, as Integrations are related to Extensibility.

I replaced tag SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility with SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sales to involve the relevant experts.

Hello Luisa,
Services Orders can't be integrated to SAP GTS in the SAP Standard. It is planned in the future - see SAP Roadmap.

Nothing found more on to integrate GTS checks in the processes for solution orders, service orders and subscription billing.

Hello pedroutz,

we are still facing the same problem. Therefore we are currently working on workarounds and plan to only use functionalities for which an integration with GTS is ensured.

Hi Luisa,

Since there were no updates to provide, maybe it would be better if you raised a Support Case to check SAP approach to this scenario or roadmap details for implementation in case this is a Missing functionality.

Please try to provide as much information as you can (reproducible steps) and a CB User to connect in your system and observe the scenario. Hopefully we will be able to enlighten this on S/4HANA Cloud Product for you.

thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, it does not answer my question. I would like to know if it is possible to integrate GTS checks in the processes for solution orders, service orders and subscription billing. The documentations only refer to sales orders and purchase orders.
