Overview of Issue: - Trying to Post the Interest on Cash Security using the FPI2 or FPINTM2, but system is giving the error with message as “FKKFMCHK002-Balance is not zero, cannot make posting”.
The system was able to post interest documents without issue in 2010. However, in 2011, the client requested that interest rates be changed to zero. The system was able to accommodate this request. However, now the client wants to re-implement interest rates, and the system is giving an error message as highlighted below.
