The request from our customer to change the statutory reports in the same format as the one previously used system, as shown in the attached document.

We knew that the statutory report form had to be changed using Adobe livecycle designer, so we tried to adjust it using that tool.
However, it is believed that there are several technical limitations.
We would like to inquire about a few specific matters.
First of all, unexpected numbering is printed in front of each item.

It was confirmed that the logic adding the numbering was not separately implemented in the logic that can be implemented on the adobe livecycle designer form.
If so, please check whether the description data itself is saved with numbering added like that in database.
2. Additionally, it appears that a column that displays the ratio of items corresponding to a specific hierarchical structure needs to be inserted, but we are inquiring again as we cannot resolve this issue.
Please check if this is technically feasible.

Please answer the above two points first, and comprehensively ask whether it is realistically possible to adjust the form to be exactly the same as the customer's desired form through the adobe livecycle designer tool.
