Input template issue.

Dear EPM Experts,

We have an issue with one of the input templates.When we try to open it at the beginning of the day it will open. Once you close and try to re open it it s not opened blank excel work book is showing up.

We have tried changing the extensions. We have also tried copying and renaming it as V1 & V2 without successes. We have almost close 70 input templates we do not have any issues except this one.

Any thoughts...

What is the file type ? .xls / .xlm ? try with xltm.

Are you facing same issue on different systems?

File type is .XLSX. yes we are getting the issue in different systems.
