Infoobject/dimension Maintenance - BPC Web vs BW Cockpit

Hello,

It appears that for BPC 11 Embedded on BW4HANA, you can maintain master data via BW Cockpit or in BPC Web - Dimension maintenance. What is the difference between the two? They appear to do the same thing. Please advise if there is a best practice I need to follow.

Hi Manish,

Feature wise, there is no too much difference. BPC just offer you a central place to maintain your master data together with your other BPC admin related activity. Especially for your info-objects only used for BPC scenario.
