incorrect sender email GRC

Hi,

Recently we are seeing some different senders in some of the GRC workflow generated emails and I was wondering where is this behavior controlled. Basically the issue is that when looking in to SOST all emails show correct sender "WF-BATCH" and email "WF-BATCH@email.com" but then when looking in Outlook some of the emails show correct sender and some other emails show "GRC" and email "GRC@email.com" and this sender is not correct. I was wondering if the information looks correct from SOST what could be the reason for those email to show a different sender when it gets the the Outlook box. Any information is appreciated.

Issue was with user ID, it was deleted by mistake. After re-creation emails are showing correct sender.
