Incorrect Position in RA Record for the State of Indiana in Note 2975038 EOY Phase II

The position 36 is Software Code in RA record of the tax form HR_F_MMREF_1_IN for the State of Indiana but it is mentioned as position 20 in the SAP 2975038 EOY Phase II for US Tax Reporter, whereas position 20 is Software Vendor Code. Please check and confirm as soon as possible.

we submitted the Indiana (IN) mag media and received a rejection for the following error. Is this addressed in note 2975038? I do not see that in 2994384 either - Prerequisite objects for SAP Note 2975038. graziela.dondoni your guidance is appreciated.
