Dear SAP experts,
I’m writing to kindly confirm where the field “Name of Company” is maintained in the system. I have not maintained any value in the highlighted area below, yet the system is still retrieving and displaying this information as the company name. Could you please advise where this value is coming from?

Have a look at the following reference.
The name of company you displayed in your screenshot is most likely pulled from your Central Business Configuration where Legal Entities was defined or Set Global Parameters for Company Code (SSCUI 100066). Even if you haven’t manually entered it elsewhere, the value was probably taken from the initial system setup.
Step 1: You can check what detail is configured in your system by going to Manage Your Solution App, then click Configure Your Solution. Use the search function to find Set Global Parameters for Company Code. Thereafter open th config activity, then review the Compan Name. That is what the system often displays in print forms or output.
Step 2: If you have Central Business Configuration active, then open the config environment, go to Define Legal Entities or Define Company Codes. Search for the Company Name, which syncs to S/4.
