Incompletness check for Print Messages is not happening

Hello All,

I have defined new message type for Print and assigned incompleteness check for it.

Now the issue is in the CD the message is getting successfully executed even the document is incomplete.I have done all the required configuration.

Please suggest.

Hi Prabhakar

Could you check what Document type assigned against the newly created Message. If its Standard 031/032 etc. change it to 900 CD and test.

IMG -> Global Trade Services -> Customs Management -> Communication Processes -> Classify Foreign Trade Documents

Hello Dev,

yes incompleteness check is working correctly and document is in Red if the check fails. one more observation is that incompleteness check is not working if we are using PDF Form and it is working fine if we have smart forms.

Please let me know your taught.

Hi Prabhakar,

Is the in completion check working correctly? That's to say, if one or more of the required fields are empty, does the Incompletion Status show "red" in the document?
