Incomplete Customs declaration

Dear Experts,

I am creating a German export declaration(automatic transferred to GTS) . Message M0910. I am getting below fields as incomplete. It seems some of the missing partner but not sure which partner it is .

1.Branch number for Message Sender does not exist.

2. Declarant Contact Person does not exist

3.Partn. Constellation has an incorrect value (X000)

4.The place of loading is not maintained

Could you please help me how to correct this .

Hi Santosh,

I think the answers are:

1. Either the Message Sender (Partner Function 'CUMES') doesn't exist in the Declaration, or its Branch Number (characters 18 - 21) are not maintained in its Registration/Identification number (field CUTID).
2. As Carsten suggests, you need to make sure that a Contact Person is assigned to the Declarant - that's usually Partner Function 'CTPANM'.
3. Either the Declarant or the Consignor partner is missing from the Declaration.
4. The Place of Loading (on the Geography tab) should be maintained.

Hi,

I would check in BP transaction if the declarant has a contact Person (click on relations). It seems it´s not valid any longer.
