Solution: after talking to the bank to provide previous bank files and test them in the QAS we noticed the new incoming payment file contains one new item 'Fast Payment' which is not included in our customizing so therefore this was not able to load. We requested the bank to remove this new line while we need to work on the mapping and updating the payment customizing with the missing part which is newly added by the local bank. Hope this will help all in future.
