In which DB Table can we find the Last Activation Date

Dear all,

I am really interested in building an SQL script to export the Last Activation Date of some provider contracts. As this date is very important could someone help me suggesting a table in which this Date is stored? I checked all the columns of the tables in SAP CC in the following link :

https://help.sap.com/doc/d847860d561a47568a936d5f3cbeb9da/4.1/en-US/core_dbref/hdb/all-db-columns.ht...

And I could find that this column is only in the table RATING_RECORD. When I checked this table in my CC, it was empty.

Could someone give me a hint, please?

Thank you,

Doris

Hi Doris,

There's no easy way to decode this information from Convergent Charging's database (and the RATING_RECORD table was used only by a totally unrelated and deprecated feature, so you can't rely on that at all).
Our generic recommendation would consequently rather be to use our SOAP standard API.
In particular, you may use the "chargingContractStateRead" method:
https://help.sap.com/doc/d847860d561a47568a936d5f3cbeb9da/5.0/en-US/core_wsdoc/wsdl/contractstateser...

This will give you a short listing of each contract's state, including:
- all the counter values
- more importantly, the status of each charge activation ("neverActivated", "active" or "suspended"), along with its last activation date, if it's actually already defined (i.e., the charge activation won't have that date at all if it has never been activated yet).

Can you please try that and get back to us if you need further advice?

Best regards.
