Dear All,
I am trying to implement Group Reporting in SAP S/HANA Public Cloud based on the 1SG test script.
I am currently at the the preliminary steps. According to the test script we need to set up the Global Parameters. The script says use the version ’Y20’ without any explanation. Why do I need to choose Y20? What does it do? What difference does it make? Why shouldn’t I use Y10 instead?
Thank you and best regards,
Reka

You can choose Y10 as the template to create your own target cons. version and make necessary fine-tuning.
Kindly note: For pre-delivered cons. version Y10, preparation ledger 0L is assigned and group currency source is set as “Global Currency”. There is check that group currency of the version must be the same as the global currency set at client level. To use 1SG test data sets, you need to specify the group currency as EUR. Group currency of the version is not changeable once set.
