In SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud for the OSS (One Stop Shop) report - Portugal

Dear colleagues,

We are looking for a report or application in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud that allows us to generate the data required for the EU OSS (One Stop Shop) VAT return. The “VAT One Stop Shop Return” application is not available to Portugal.

Does anyone know of an alternative or approach to extract the relevant data (e.g., by tax code, destination country, net value, tax amount, etc.) for the OSS return—whether through standard applications, custom CDS views, or any other tools?

To summarise, the VAT One Stop Shop Return app is currently not available for Portugal while using public cloud. The recommended approach is to extract the necessary OSS data through standard reporting and or custom CDS views.

• The Tax Line Item app can already give you values by tax code and tax amount.
• If you need destination country and net sales values together, you can build a Custom CDS View on I_JournalEntryItem and I_TaxJournalEntryItem and expose it through Custom Analytical Queries. This gives you a reuseable report you can filter by country, tax code, net value and tax amount.
• Alternatively, export the CDS output to Excel and use it for the OSS filing.

For you to fully automate OSS submission in Portugal, an integration or partner add-on may be required, since the official OSS return app for Portugal has not yet been delivered by SAP.
