In S/4 Public Cloud with function substitutes the program RFWT0010 ?

Hi Experts,

We are facing the problem below with  withholding tax in Cloud Public . in SAP ECC we have the program RFWT0010 that corrects the open items and we can go on with the daily activities 

How can we correct the open itens in Public Cloud to continue working ?

The open items display different withholding tax information from the relevant business partner master record. For example, the number of withholding tax types in the open item could differ from the number of withholding tax types in the master record.

The traditional ECC program RFWT0010 (Adjust Withholding Tax Items) is unavailable in S4HANA Public Cloud. Instead, you can correct inconsistent withholding tax details in open items,

Correcting the Business Partner Master Data

• Ensure the withholding tax type(s) and codes in the BP match those expected in the open items.

Using the “Manage Supplier Line Items” App

• Identify the affected open items.
• Reverse and repost them with the correct withholding tax data, if needed.

Manual Adjustment via Journal Entry

• Use Post General Journal Entries to clear and repost with correct WHT codes when reversal isn’t possible.

Preventive Step

• Align WHT settings in the supplier master before posting new transactions to avoid mismatches.

Unfortunately, Public Cloud does not offer a direct tool for mass-correcting existing open items like RFWT0010. Corrections require adjusting or reposting documents manually.
