In real time consolidation, how to upload initial data to ACDOCC table for data cutoff?

In real time consolidation implementation project, there is request to upload the initial data to ACDOCC table. For such purpose, one of the practice could be

• 1.Firstly, prepare the last month of prior cutoff year closing flow consolidated data;
• 2.Then upload the closing flow data to ACDOCC table;
• 3.Afterward, run carry forward task in consolidation to get the opening flow data for period 000;
• 4.Finally, customers could prepare reported data for the periods prior cutoff, repeat the consolidation till the cutoff period to get the current year full consolidation data.

Customer could use transaction code RTCFUI which allow users input the group and audit ID which are info. for initial data upload. The required release and support package is S/4 HANA 1610 FPS02. For lower support package, apply notes 2445455 and 2446043 to get the transaction code available in system.
