Hello All,
My scenario is for Free Circulation.
Initially, I had setup the System for Import Declaration prior to GR
My POs and Inbound Deliveries were flowing into Prior to GR worklist and I was able to create the Import Declarations from them.
Now, I wanted to setup the other case - Import Declaration After GR
Mapped the Movememt type 101B to CULOIM
Removed the IMPORD (Mapping of PO doc type) and DTAVI (Mapping for Inbound Delivery) from the 'Activate Customs Processing Tab' under the Node - Activate Document Types fpr Application Areas under Document structure - So that BEFORE GR functionality doesn't trigger in.
Unticked the check box for Inbound Delivery where it says - Placement into worklist before GR - in the feeder system
But still when I create the PO-->Material Document, they are still not visible under the worklist After GR in GTS
Created another scenario PO-->I/B Delivery--> GR, but again no luck.
Can anyone let me know if I am missing on any further configurations?
Note: Since it is a free circulation, I have not created any Customs ID nor activated any Bonded Warehouse processes.

VK

Hi Vineet,
I don't think you needed to do any of those things, but instead you need to follow the standard Customs process and create the Transit closure for the inland goods movement.
For that, the Transit MRN must be set in the "Preliminary Document" information in the Inbound Delivery header. Saving the IBD should then create an entry in the GTS Transit work-list, and the subsequent GR should then appear in the work-list for Customs Declarations before GR.
Hope that helps.
Regards,
Dave
