Implementation of SII_TAX_IND Reports (National Bank of Belgium) in SAP DM

Hi Team,

Our Client wants to implement SII_TAX_IND Reports in SAP DM. This reports in xlsx format. it has to be converted in XML format (see attached nbb_schema.txt) by SAP DM. Bank does not provide XML schema file for the same, thus it is difficult to use as a taxonomy entry point or XBRL Mapper.

Request you to please suggest what can be done,
