Implement fund management at plant level for existing company code - sap s/4 Hana 1609

Our client what’s to implement fund management at plant level for existing company code.

Business has 6 different company codes. same chart account and controlling area also common for all company code.

Business has several plants for company code. client decided to implement a fund management for only one plant. is that possible to implement fund management for particular plant. it should not affect other plant or company code.

Does it’s possible to use existing g/l master?

Any impact for existing Asset master and coast center. Profit center...etc.

Derivation rule able set at plant level.

Hi,

PSM-FM is activated on Financial Management (FM) area, which is linked to company code(s). So, FM is not activated on plant level. However, you can play with FM derivation rules and apply budgetary control only to a specific plant represented by FM assignment object, say, Fund centre. Other objects can be made exempt from availability control or even FM documents posting.

By derivation rules, I speak of FMDERIVE transactions in this particular case. You can derive the relevant FM objects based on the info in the document and deviate non-budgetary transactions from 'other' plants to dummy commitment items.
