Hi all,

I try to restore (using UJBR transaction) an IFRS Starter Kit SP06. And I have an interesting error:

PS: I have SAP BPC NW version 10.1 with last support packages.

What you think about it?

Thanks,

Andrei

Hi all,

I resolve the problem.

I'd activated ENVIRONMENTSHELL with UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT program and no problem occured. However, on web client of BPC; I tried to copy this environment and gave me a strugling problem as " /CBMP/*** (which is tech id of my environment) infoarea cannot be created ".

I've searched through the web but couldn't find a thread about BPC 10, though some told about 7.5 NW version.

In short; if you'll face with the same problem; you'll need to go t-code se06 and check your prefixes whether they are "modifiable" or not. Important ones are /B28/ and /CPMB/ prefixes.

Good luck and thanks for your help!

Hello Andrei,

If you are still experiencing this error can you provide the following information.

1. As Shrikant mentioned, is EnvironmentShell currently activated successfully on the system you are attempting to restore the IFRS using UJBR?

2. What are the current Support Package versions of CPBMC and SAP_BW on this system.

3. Are you able to restore other environments?
- Example: Backup EnvironmentShell and restore as a new EnvironmentTest to see if errors occur.

Best Regards,
Alex

Hello Alex,

So, I have a response for every question:

1. Yes, EnvironmentShell currently activated successfully on the system I'm attempting to restore the IFRS using UJBR

2. You can see the Support Package versions of CPBMC and SAP_BW on my system.

3. I can't be able to restore environment shell, for example. I have the same errors:

     -  Failed to create Infoarea

     -  Error ocurred while creating environment via Admin API.

Thanks for your response, Shrikant. I known this note, but at step 2, the system don't recognize the technical name of the problematic InfoObject (external ID) - practically, don't recognize the new InfoObject created.

Hi Andrei,

Do you have SAP_ALL profile ?

Try to restore with different name for testing.

Hi Andrei,

Have you activated ENVIRONMENT SHELL successfully ?

Check in RSA1 all the standard content is available.

If yes, try to copy environment shell from BPC admin.
