IFRS 16 (RE-FX-LA) Implementation

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement from our client for IFRS 16 implementation, we need you expertise for understanding the below points:

1) Do we need to activate below mentioned business functions:

a) RE_GEN_CI_1 - Real Estate - EA FIN - RE-FX

b) RE_GEN_CI_2 - Real Estate 2 - EA FIN - RE-FX

c) RE_GEN_CI_3 - Real Estate 3 - EA FIN - RE-FX

2) We referred to Overview Note 2255555 and it says that we need to implement around 650 notes, So do we really need to implement those 650 notes ? and if so is there any particular sequence in which those notes need to be implemented.

3) Is there any other way of implementing IFRS 16 component RE-FX-LA .

Hi,

which business fuctions Need to be activated depends on your System landscape.

To use RE-Fx you will need the ones mentioned.

The number of notes that need to be implemented differs depending on your Support packages stack and the sollution you are aiming to use.

I suppose you are at a minimum of using ERP with enhancement package 7.

Do you want to use the New GL with asset accounting, or are you using classic general ledger and aim to use balance sheet valuation?

Implementing IFRS16 is a project.
