IFRS 16 - Leasing of Transport Services

As per the IFRS 16 requirement, we need to capitalize the Leasing services from the transport vendor.

Our SAP system is ECC 6 version with EHP 4 (for ERP 6.0) and EHP1 (for Netweaver).

We have not implemented REFX in our system.

With the current SAP product version, can we implement the Contract Evaluation part of REFX module to meet the IFRS 16 requirement ? If not, is there any other workaround possible ?
