Identify fields for Audit Trail in S4HANA Fiori

Hi, i am looking for a possibility to find out relevant fields in S4HANA Apps which need to be part of Audit trail. As I work in Pharmaceutical Industry thies fields need to be identified and monitored. It used to be pretty easy in R3. Any idea? Regards Angela
