Please let me know the steps to follow to resolve the issue of access denied while accessing SAP Build Process Automation as I was able to access it before but now I am unable to access it. I was using free trial and still I had the trial till feb. Please let me know what shall I do.

If it says access denied, it means you are missing the relevant role collections.
But you said you used it earlier.
In that case, maybe you are trying to log into build process automation using the default IDP.
Please try the following:
1. Log out of all the sessions and Clear the browser cache.
2. When you try to log into Process Automation, it presents you two options to sign in with:
they are Default Identity Provider and the Custome Identity Provider (something like bcsiz6sui.trial-accounts.ondemand.com)
Please click on the Custom Identity Provider and provide your credentials.
