I need to Refresh ONLY expanded accounts

Hi experts!

I have an input schedule with ACCOUNT dimension in rows and TIME in columns. I need to expand and collapse some accounts, but when I executed it, all of the accounts would be refreshed and in this case, it isn't correct.

If I expand or collapse an account, I only want that this account and it's descendants be refreshed, not all the report.

Is it possible?

Thanks for your response! If I select this option, it works good for the expand function, but when I try to collect, then all the report is refreshed.

Is possible to use the colapse function without refresh?

This is the only option available

You can temporary Freeze Data Refresh - User option.

Only a last question: I used the "AFTER/BEFORE REFRESH" and "AFTER/BEFORE SEND" functions in VBA. Does exists a function like AFTER/ BEFORE EXPAND/COLAPSE?

No! AFTER_EXPAND/BEFORE_EXPAND are related only to EVDRE reports from BPC 7.5...
