I am unable to open Excel from Web admin when clicking on BPF Activity in BPC 10.1 SP09 Patch 00

Hi Gurus,

Whenever i click on the any Sub-activity in BPF ideally it should open an excel but it doesnt open excel nor it gives any error. Is this a known issue in BPC 10.1 ?

We have been recently migrated to BPC 10.1 from BPC 10.0 and this issue was nor present earlier. We have observed this issue after migration.

If we take a example of below picture, when i click on Balance Sheet Unwind, it ideally should open the excel but instead nothing happens and we do not even get error.

Please Help!!

We are facing also strange behavior within BPF in web.

Does this happen to a specific user?

Does it happen on a specific computer?

Are there any error message?
