Hybris Billing No billable items were found for the selection parameters

Hi Experts,

Please help. As we are trying to process one Provide Contract (generated in CRH-SOM). Till I do the manual uploading of Consumption Items and rating it, things are fine. But when I have to do the further Billing (FKKBIXBIT_CWB - Processing of Billing Item), I am getting above error.

Can anyone guide me in this please?

Searched in Forum before putting this but did not get much help and thus this query.

Dear minakshi.karan,

First, check that you don't have any free component in your pricing logic. In case of free component, you will not have any BIT for your CIT.

Also check that the related BIT was not stored in the Invalid directory or Com_Exception directory of the BulkLaoder working directory on SAP CC side. If not, check that the rated item was not stored in the RAW table instead of BIT table on SAP CI side.

We checked on both points.

1. Currently we don't have any free components in Charge Plan.

2. CIT items are getting stored in correct directory. Additionally we checked on CIT/BIT Mapping too, they are getting refreshed properly:

Could there be more guiding points please as still we are facing same error - No billable items were found for the selection parameters.

you have to focus on BIT.

When you say that "items are getting stored in correct directory", do you mean that the files are still present?

Check that your Bulkloader instance is up and running. If yes, BIT files should be removed by the instance once the items are loaded into SAP CI.

If you still have files and your instances are up, it could be an issue. in this case, open an incident on SAP Support portal

Hi Eric,

Is there some technical document in this regard so that the same I can pass on to Basis team too. I tried to find the same but I could not. Till then I will be passing this piece of input too to Basis team to check upon.
