HTTP error 405 with SAML authentication and EPM Plugin on Excel

Hello,

After configuring SAML2 authentication we have an error 405 when logging with EPM Excel addin

Here is the configuration :

SAP ABAP BPC 7.4, a SapWebDispatcher (SSL is configured) , ADFS server, EPM plugin on Excel

1) we run Excel with EPM plugin

2) connect to the system with SAML2 auth

3) redirection to the ADFS IDP is OK

4) ADFS authentication is OK

5) We are redirected to SAP through the sapwebdispatcher => Error 405 Method not Allowed

Other authentication methods are working fine wether we connect through sapwebdispatcher, directly, using SSL or not

I wonder if it is linked to a misconfiguration on IDP side or SAP side (like POST/Artefact methode not correctly used)

Please advise if you have any ideas 🙂
