HR Custom fields are blank after MDUG upload

Hello everybody,

I am experiencing an issue during Master Data Upload throught MDUG template in SAP GRC PC 10.0, custom HR fields are not being uploaded and remain blank despite they are present in excel template. Two custom Fields (long text) have been created as custom subtype of infotype 1002 (Description), and other 2 are short text and belong to custom infotype 9101. Neither of them is uploaded correctly.

There are no errors while uploading. I have performed all the steps described in

SPRO ->IMG>GRC>General Settings>User-Defined Fields -> Allow Upload of Custom Fields

But it didnt work.

Any help is very appreciated.
