how we can transfer Master data ( Business Entity) to the target ECC system on create or changing.

We got a requirement to transfer Real estate master data to transfer from IS Retail system to ECC system. I could see the SAP Standard IDocs ( BUS1501_CREATE01,BUS1501_CHANGE01) for Business entity. How to activate these IDoc's and changes pointers for the same?
