How to use SPM R3 extractors in SAP Business One 8.82 PL6 system?

Hi All,

We are going to start SPM 3.0 project wherein data is coming from 6 sources. One of the ECC source is ‘SAP Business One 8.82 PL6’. 

Note 1239883 - Extractor Starter Kit for Spend Performance Management(SPM) has transports for SAP versions 4.7 & above as well as below 4.7. There is no mention related SAP Business one system.

Does anyone has worked on such requirement before? Is it possible to use extractors provided as part of note 1239883 in SAP Business One 8.82 PL6 system?

Hi prasanth,

SPM has extractors for SRM and ECC. Currently there is no support for business one.

Why dont you extract data from business one in a fla tfile format and then load it bt data management flat file load process.

Hi,

As far as I know, there is no extractor available for SAP Business One and you need to develop an extractor on your own.

The format is standard and you can refer to SAP Service Marketplace to get the latest version of the format of data to be extracted for both master and transnational data. You can develop your custom extractor to extract data in this format.
