How to update Quote from outside of the quote SAP CPQ

I am looping over all the quotes and one by one will make API calls for each quote to get Order Status and would need to update quote with the response from API. How do I refer quote without the quote being opened.

Hi Pritam,

Sorry, the case is unclear for me. You query quote data with the APIs and you want to update the Quote as well? You can certainly use other APIs for that without opening the quote. Can you be more precise?

Also, are you on quote 1.0 or 2.0?

Your understanding is correct, I am trying to use below query but it says "message": "The requested resource does not support http method 'PUT'.

may be API doesn't work on quote 1.0 ( I am using quote 1.0)

Can you suggest API that will work on quote 1.0

SAP CPQ provides standard out of the box the CPI Iflows which will update the quote when an order is placed to S4 or ERP. You can use the same IFLOWS.

If you have a custom process/logic, then you have to invent yourself and use the CPQ API to post the information to your quote.
